Refund Policy for iBatsoft
Circumstances of No Refund
- The order has exceeded 60 days.
- Malicious purchase, fraudulent purchase, and other unauthorized payment.
- Users who can’t or refuse to provide order details get no refund.
- Technician license is not applied to this refund policy since some people make use of the software to provide technical service to clients without limited usage.
- Order placed from resellers, partners, affiliates, or any other unauthorized channels。
- Orders placed on Mac APP Store since it must comply with Apple refund policy.
Circumstances of Full Refund
iBatsoft offers a full refund for the orders placed in 30 days in the following circumstances.
- Purchased the wrong software tool, and then purchased the correct software from iBatsoftware and need to refund the wrong one.
- Purchased the same software more than twice or more within 60 days.
- Users are double charged for one software tool due to the error of our payment platform.
- Users do not receive the registration keycode within 12 hours after the purchase.
- Users have contacted the support team and the support team does not respond within 2 days.

What will happen when the refund request is accepted?
Once the refund request is accepted, the registration keycode will be banned immediately. In this case, you should uninstall the software to remove it.
